Standard shipping is $8 for ordinary one-time purchases. Every bundle containing at least three products and every recurring Puffer’s Pack ship free.

Every delivery includes free shipping, a free size-appropriate surprise toy, and a surprise chew toy. Yes. Add, remove, or change products before a future delivery, or skip, pause, update payment information, or cancel before the next renewal.

No. Treats and toppers complement a complete, balanced diet and veterinary care. Always follow the package feeding guidance.
